Diversity, equality, and inclusion


The ELLIS unit Nijmegen firmly believes that science misses out if it is not performed by everyone. We are committed to creating a more diverse, inclusive, and equal work environment. We want to achieve this by:

  1. Providing awareness and enable everyone to signal and address imbalances in representativeness.
  2. Increasing opportunities for those underrepresented in science, such as women, PoC, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and otherwise marginalized groups.

We are committed to learning from research, best practices by others, as well as experiences from our (potential) employees.
