How does lightning develop in a storm cloud? An international team of researchers, including scientists from Radboud University, has succeeded in accurately and three dimensionally recording the development of lightning flashes.

According to Gijs Nelemans, professor of Gravitational wave astrophysics, the scientist’s voice is, for the most part, absent from the debate on science policy. Herein lies an important task for scientists. Nelemans will give his inaugural speech on March 2nd.
