Career Central for Staff

We bring students, alumni, organizations and employees together on the Career Central platform. You can easily create a profile, send connection requests and chat with someone. Alumni indicate in their profile how they want to be involved with Radboud University and organizations have a clear company profile. As an employee, you can use Career Central, for example, to expand your network or invite someone to attend a guest lecture.

The organisations on Career Central have the option to share vacancies. At Radboud University we believe in equal opportunities for everyone. That is why the platform is based on fair matching. This means that the platform looks for matches between alumni/students and vacancies by looking for matching skills and knowledge. As an employee you can view all vacancies posted by organizations and easily share them with students and alumni via a link.

The platform has the option to join certain 'groups'. In this, interesting content is shared with other members of the group. Of course it is also possible to share content yourself, such as particularly relevant studies or a poll about education.
