The job interview: looking for the connection

Yes! You have been invited for a job interview! Congratulations, because the company sees an interesting candidate in you. A job interview is a good way to find out if you and an organization are a good fit. The interviewer wants to know to what extent you meet the requirements and whether there is a 'click'; whether you fit within the department and/or organization. Of course you also want to know whether the job/internship and the organization match your wishes and expectations. How do you approach this conversation? How do you ensure that you have a good answer to difficult questions?

You will find answers to these questions in the job interview handout. Do you want to get started with the job interview? Then look at the offer below.
