If you ask Elsbeth van Lienden, Brainz 500 Global award winner for influential leader and owner of Management Consulting & Coaching Boutique 'The Pink Walnut' for 16 years, it has everything to do with mindset. In this keynote, she will take you into the world of mindset. And how that translates to a leader's most important skill: having effective conversations. She teaches you how to apply this yourself so that you can benefit from it in your own life.
Using examples, you will find out why even in situations with fellow students, for example, you are sometimes reserved or perhaps too present, where this comes from and how it can get in the way of effective conversations. Of course, she also tells you how to deal with this smartly!

Elsbeth van Lienden has been owner of Management Consulting & Coaching Boutique The Pink Walnut for 16 years, international trainer and speaker, Brainz 500 Global award winner for influential leader and soon-to-be author of her first book Harruk. Before starting her agency, she worked as HR Director at international manufacturing companies where the seed for her own business was planted: because how is it that after coaches and consultants leave, after about 3-4 months, virtually everything is as it was? We want to be different, but do the same. Why!?
Elsbeth has been trained by international coaches and trainers including Bob Proctor (known from The Secret) and Dusan Djukich (Straightline Leadership). With her mindset expertise, she stands side by side with Dutch top entrepreneurs Annemarie van Gaal and Marlies Dekkers in the SmartGirls concept where female entrepreneurs take their business to the next level. Participants find her workshops, lectures and training sessions very inspiring and accessible.
