Fraud is punishable

You can be prosecuted for fraud and collaboration in fraud (EER article 4.7 sub 8 and Appendix 3). Students, lecturers and proctors may report suspected fraud to the Examining Board. The Board will set up an investigation and take disciplinary measures.

Fraud is defined as:

• Plagiarism
• Fabricating or falsifying data
• Disturbing the regular process of testing and inspection.
