Master's programme after Bachelor Chemistry

After finishing your bachelor's programme in Chemistry you have various choices to continue in a master's programme: You can for instance go to another university in the Netherlands or abroad to specialize in a field that is not available in Nijmegen. In this case you will probably have to apply for admission and check the requirements of that master's programme.

In 2019 you can start your  Master's programme in Chemistry at Radboud University in one of the following specialisations:

  • Chemistry of Life
  • Molecular Chemistry
  • Physical Chemistry
  • Science, Management, and Innovation (SMI)
  • Science in Society (SIS)
  • Science and Education (partly in Dutch)

Per 2020 it is planned to combine the Master's programmes in Chemistry, MLS and Science into one programme: Molecular Sciences, offering the same specialisations.

If you start(ed) the Master's programme in Chemistry before 2020, you will be able to complete this programme until 2023.
