Description of Neurobiology
Our brain contains many ingenious networks of billions of interconnected neurons. Together, they have a storage capacity and flexibility that far exceeds modern supercomputers, or any artificial intelligent system. The Master’s specialisation in Neuroscience aims at unravelling the neurobiological and neurocomputational mechanisms of this fascinating, complex system. You'll study the full spectrum from molecule to human, and from experiment to advanced theory and models.
In case you cannot start in September, but enrol later in the year (with permission of the Examining Board), you can start with the research internship and take the mandatory courses at the next available option.
