Course overview of the pre-Master Cybersecurity
Dear student,
We are working on solutions for hybrid education that will take place online and on campus. Therefore the instructional modes, number of exams, the form of the exams and/or assignments may change. You will be informed through Brightspace in case of changes. The course information in the Course guide provides an indication of what you can expect in the course.

The pre-Master's Cybersecurity prepares students for enrolment in the Master's Computing Science, with a specialisation in Cybersecurity. The programme is compiled of courses in the field of mathematics, security, and general computing or academic background.
The pre-Master programme Cybersecurity for 2020-2021 has been defined as follows (see below). There is one change compared to last year's programme, as the course NWI-IBC043 Introduction to Academic Writing and Research Methods
(3 EC) has been moved to Q2. This causes a slightly unbalanced programme (18 ec in Q2 vs. 12 ec in Q1); if you are concerned or have any questions about this or about the programme in general, please contact study advisor Perry Groot.
