Registering for a course or interim examination
To take courses and examinations, you must register via the student portal.
The procedure is as follows:
- You register in Osiris for the courses you want to take. Make sure you double check the correct name and code of the course before you register. Registration deadlines apply. You must register for courses no later than ten working days before the starting date of the block in which they are taught.
- When you register for a course, you automatically register for the first interim examination (immediately after the course), provided you are registered for the correct study programme.
- For resits, you must register no later than five working days before the date of the examination.
- Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail and Osiris Messages. Make sure you save this confirmation.
- After registration for education and interim examinations is closed, you can no longer register via Osiris. This means that if you miss the registration deadline, you will not be able to take the course or the interim examination.
- Students are no longer admitted to the exam when they are more than fifteen minutes late for the exam.
- The exam results must be announced via Osiris after 15 working days. Beginning on the 16th working day after the exam, the exam results are available via Osiris.
- If the exam results have not been published after 15 working days, and you are not informed about this promptly (in accordance with the EER), you can file a complaint with the Examining Board.
