Study advisor
The study advisor is your first contact point for general questions concerning education, and can help you with your study planning or individual study problems. Especially if you have been incapable of studying for a longer period due to illness or other personal circumstances, it is advisable to contact the study advisor. If necessary, he or she can refer you to the student careers centre, a campus psychologist or student counsellor.

Programme Committee
In the Programme Committee (Dutch abbreviation OLC), student members can join the discussion about the quality and structure of education. In addition to the five student members, the committee has five staff members. They provide solicited and unsolicited advice about the curriculum. Based on the educational evaluations they make recommendations to improve the curriculum. Other students can approach the student members of the committee with questions, complaints or comments about the degree programmes.

Bachelor´s or Master's coordinator
A Bachelor's or Master's coordinator is appointed for each Bachelor´s or Master's degree programme.The coordinator is responsible for the educational organisation of the study programme. He or she supervises the coordination between the courses and makes sure that teaching is done correctly. The coordinator is the first contact person for students.

Examination Board
Each educational programme has an Examination Board. This Board makes sure things run smoothly during exams. You can also contact the Examination Board if unusual circumstances occur that fall outside the Education and Examination Regulations. You are advised to meet with the study advisor before contacting to the Examination Board.

The International Mobility Office
The International Mobility Office (IMO) operates as a contact point for incoming and outgoing exchange students. The IMO advises outgoing exchange students on the possibilities of doing a study or internship abroad. The IMO supervises incoming exchange students before and during their stay at our faculty.
The Faculty of Management Sciences has more than one hundred and eighty Erasmus contracts within Europe and more than 50 bilateral agreements with universities outside Europe. Students can contact the IMO for internationalisation matters relating to exchange.

Faculty complaints committee
The Faculty complaints committee also deals with complaints from students concerning their education and examinations. If you have a complaint, use this question form to contact the committee.

Confidential advisors
In case of inappropriate behaviour or sexual harassment, you can contact a confidential advisor. They are independent and must abide by the code of confidentiality.

STIP Desk
The STIP Desk, located at the first floor of the Elinor Ostrom Building, is intended for all questions about the organisation of education and exams. There are rooms available for working in groups, which can be reserved.

Student Administration Office
The student administration is responsible for the organisation and administration of the courses and exams.
