Human Biology
The central question in the learning trajectory Human Biology is what are the molecular and cellular bases of biological processes underlying human health and disease? Topics include embryology, endocrinology, immunology, physiology, mechanisms of cellular adaptation, cell injury and cell death. You learn to integrate your knowledge to understand mechanisms of pathology, inflammation, and cancer. There is a wide variety of bachelor internship possibilities, including medical laboratory research.
