Departments for internships

This table gives an overview of departments suited for Bachelor's (MOL200A) and Master's specialisation (MOL501A) internships in Molecular Sciences. If you know another department that you find interesting and that may offer a molecular component, you can consult your programme coordinator or specialization coordinator to see if the internship is fitting. Elsewhere in the course guide information is available on the procedure for registration and approval.

In the Bachelors of Molecular Life Sciences and of Science, more departments are accessible. Some suggestions can be found here for MLS and here for Science.

For the optional second internship in the master (MOL502A) you do not have to limit yourself to the list below. You can take that internship anywhere at university or in industry, also abroad. These internships are subject to approval as well.
The departments in the list below are part of one of the research institutes IMM, RIMLS, or RIBES.

For the main Master's internship (MOL501A) you need to choose You need to choose a department belonging to your specialisation (rightmost column).

Via protimo.science.ru.nl you can find more information and apply for an internship with most of these departments. You are advised to also contact the departments directly.

(At least) once a year we organize department visits. This will be communicated via email.

* For internships at departments marked with an asterisk, the research proposal needs to specify a molecular component.
