Programme outline
The study programme includes a coherent and balanced curriculum. The design of the programme is based on the scientist-practitioner model. You will learn to base your own professional practice on current theoretical insights and you will develop a critical scientific attitude that will be of great value in actual practice. You will master the most important advisory skills and learn to apply acquired knowledge to a practical situation. The study load of this program is 60 EC. * You will only be allowed to take the Human Resource Management course if you have taken part in the Personnel Psychology specialisation course.
** You will only be allowed to take the Organisational Change Consultancy course if you have taken part in the Organisation Development and Behavioural Change course or the Organisational Psychology course (Bachelor 3 course).
