Complaints regulation

  1. After registration, a registration number is assigned to a notification.
  2. Within one working day after receipt of the complaint, the administrator will refer the complaint to the institution in question.
  3. After sending your notification to the administrator you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail, your report has not arrived at the administrator. In this case, resubmit your complaint, objection or appeal, or send an e-mail to klachtenloket@bjz.ru.nl.
