Prof. Frederik Zuiderveen Borgesius speaks at Dutch parliament
On 31 March, prof. Frederik Zuiderveen Borgesius gives a presentation at the Dutch Parliament. The hearing concerns a bill regarding the National Coordinator for Counterterrorism and Security (NCTV). The bill enables the NCTV to collect personal data from social media and other sources. Zuiderveen Borgesius warns that the bill is too vague, which brings serious risks for privacy and other human rights.
