Are you someone who often does something nice for others? Or would you like to do so more often, but you don’t know how? Then this workshop is for you!
Giving compliments yields more than you might think at first. Giving a compliment makes someone else feel good. But it also makes you happier yourself and on top of that, it radiates to your environment. How that works? We will tell you in the workshop on writing compliments.
Not everyone finds it easy to give a compliment. In this workshop you will learn more about how you can give a good compliment. That's why you don't need any experience with writing yet, we will give you pointers for this.
After learning about compliments, you can get started yourself. If you want, you can hand out your compliments to people you don't know. We call this a random act of kindness. This way, we spread kindness through Nijmegen.
The workshop is suitable for anyone aged 14 or older. Join us!

Two 45 minute sessions, with 15 minute breaks inbetween (with enough applications from English participants, the workshop can also be held in English)
