In collaboration with Radboudumc and Radboud University, PV Radboud is once again organising the ‘Almost Retired’ event. This informative and informal gathering will give you an idea of what to expect after your final working day and how you can remain active on our campus.
Retirement opens up a new world of enjoyable and interesting activities, but there are also more serious matters to consider in this new phase of life. For example, have you thought about how you would like your affairs to be arranged after your death, or during your lifetime if you unexpectedly become unable to make decisions for yourself? This afternoon, notary Matthijs Laumans will explain what you can arrange in advance and how.
The programme:
- 14:00–14:20: Welcome, introduction and getting to know each other, including an introduction to the PV senior citizens’ group
- 14:20–14:50: Aline van der Marel (HR)
- 14:50–15:10: Break
- 15:10–16:10: Presentation by notary Matthijs Laumans
- 16:10–17:00: Drinks and snacks
The event is open to anyone who is approaching retirement, including those who are not members of PV Radboud.
