During this workshop, Zeinab will guide you step by step in baking and decorating mini fruit sloffen. You will learn how to make and bake the dough for the base of the sloffen, how to make pastry cream and Swiss cream and how to decorate the sloffen as beautifully as possible with different piping techniques, as described in the baking book 'Zoets van Zeinab'. In total, you will make 6-8 mini sloffen and you will receive them in a cake box to take home after the workshop.
About Zeinab:
Zeinab Alhashime-Bakker reached the final of the 9th season of Heel Holland Bakt, where vegan baker Enzo won. With her colorful and beautifully decorated pastries, she became a Master Baker no less than three times. After the program, she published a successful baking book. She regularly bakes to order and occasionally gives workshops.
