Course content
The role of examination boards in higher education is becoming increasingly important. Educational innovations and the quality of assessment are increasingly becoming topics of discussion, with the examination board also being an important stakeholder. However, the positioning and tasks of the examination board remain a complex construct. In this course, the frameworks for the work of examination board members will be clearly outlined by addressing questions such as:
- What are the legal tasks and responsibilities of the examination board?
- What is quality of assessment?
- What is quality assurance?
- Who will I be dealing with in my role as an examination board member?
Target group
This course is specially designed for new examination board members and focuses on properly framing and fulfilling the role.
