Book Launch: Prospectus Liability in Europe and Beyond

On Thursday 20 November 2025, the official launch of the book Prospectus Liability in Europe and Beyond will take place. The book is edited by Professor Danny Busch and Professor Matthias Lehmann and published by Oxford University Press. This publication examines the liability rules relating to prospectuses in various EU Member States and beyond, and argues for harmonisation at the European level.
