After having finished this course, students will leave knowing how to prepare the following presentation formats:
- a 15-minute symposium talk
- a 1-minute self-presentation pitch
- a conference poster
- a 1-minute poster pitch
Students are expected to:
- attend at least 5 of the 7 meetings
- be well-prepared (i.e., studying provided information, thoroughly preparing their presentations) before each meeting
- actively participate during the meetings by giving feedback to others
Students who already have data to present are encouraged to subscribe.
If you already have experience presenting your scientific work and have not previously taken this course, please discuss with the lecturers how the course can best support your learning goals and needs.
