What will you learn?

This programme is intended for students who suffer from stress, and who want to avoid getting burnt out. In this programme, you will learn what you need to know about stress and overwhelm, discover where you stand on these themes, and get tools allowing you to intervene where necessary.

How do you register?

To take part in the programme, you first need to plan an intake with a student psychologist. To do so, please complete the online intake form. The student psychologist will contact you once you have completed the form.

Successful Studying

During the Successful Studying workshop, you will work through the three steps of active study: orientating, global review and intensive review.
