City Entrance: the Joris Ivensplein of the future
The Joris Ivensplein as it is now is experienced as unpleasant by residents, entrepreneurs and visitors. Residents experience social safety and livability issues (such as crime, vandalism, nuisance from prostitutes, drug users, loitering youth and the elderly). It is dirty, filthy and unattractive.
