Course Content
In this course, you will work in a structured manner on (re)designing a course from your own teaching practice. The ADDIE model will be used as a framework, with the various design phases of the model being covered during the sessions. The course addresses stimulating student motivation and academic attitude, and provides strategies for creating engaging, varied, and goal-oriented learning activities. Additionally, the course teaches how to integrate evaluation moments to ensure continuous improvement and how to effectively apply course evaluation to enhance the quality of education. By the end of the course, you will have developed a well-considered and innovative (re)design that serves as the foundation for a new course edition.
Target audience
This course is accessible to all teachers and PhD candidates at Radboud University and teachers at Radboudumc who want to dive deeper into course design and evaluation.
Furthermore, within this course you can obtain a UTQ partial certificate for the competency domains of Course design and Evaluation. This is only available to teachers who participate in the regular UTQ programme of Radboud University
