Target audience

Starting academic teachers (e.g., PhD-students, post-docs, docenten-4) who have some experience with guiding seminars or supervising individual students who want to learn more about the didactics of higher education. It is preferred that you take this course simultaneously with or after your education tasks, instead of in advance.

Method during the course

The course consists of four meetings that take about three hours each. During these meetings there will be sufficient time to try things out and exchange experiences with fellow course participants. You can also receive coaching from the course instructor on one of your educational tasks. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate. The course is in English, unless all participants feel comfortable speaking Dutch.
