How would you capture the human side of your daily work in science? The UMH Synapses Club challenges you with the first edition of the Creative NeurotechEU Calendar competition. The theme of this photo competition is “Exploring the human side of everyday scientific work within NeurotechEU”.
Twelve photos and accompanying texts will be selected for the first NeurotechEU calendar, which will be printed digitally and in a limited edition and distributed through the eight European universities of the alliance. They will also be shared through NeurotechEU's social media channels.
What should the photo express? The challenge is to creatively highlight the human side of your daily work in a scientific field, together with one of the following elements: the scientific activity, the equipment and facilities used for the acquisition or the technologies resulting from scientific progress.
Who can participate? The competition is open to all active members of one of the universities affiliated with NeurotechEU.
Participation: from 3 March 2025 to 15 July 2025.
Announcement of the winner: 5 November 2025.
