Radboud University is a broad university with a broad research focus. Our students are involved in research as much as possible, which enriches both teaching and research. Academic research is the future of education, just as our students are the future of our research.
But .... there are still many questions to be asked about this seemingly obvious relationship between teaching and research. Does education benefit or suffer from being exposed to research? What do we gain/lose when we accept that research into our teaching is part of teaching? As a teacher, what questions would you like to be able to ask about your teaching and student learning?
