Our brain is producing thousands of thoughts a day. Thoughts that might influence your study behavior and your self image. Perhaps your thoughts even seem to distract you from doing what is really important to you.
During this workshop you will take the first steps to observe your thoughts and take some distance from them. In this way, you will try to act towards what really matters in life.
This workshop is hosted by Sanne Vosters. Sanne is a student advisor and coach for Bachelor students of Biology. Sanne tries to increase students' psychological flexibilities so they become (more) able to deal with the ups and downs of (student) life.
