Education Day Social Sciences 2026: 'AI AI AI'

Tuesday 27 October 2026, 12:30 pm - 5 pm
How can we educate students to become critical academic thinkers in a world full of AI? During the Education Day Social Sciences 2026, we will showcase initiatives developed by our programmes and lecturers to address the impact of GenAI on education.

During each Education Day Social Sciences, we make a point of bringing in a fresh perspective from outside the faculty. This year, Prof. Kim Schildkamp (University of Twente) will introduce an evidence-informed framework for AI literacy (AI-GO) during the keynote. The framework will help you gain a better understanding of what AI literacy encompasses and how you can foster it in both yourself and your students.

After the keynote, you can take part in one round of workshops, led by educational advisors from the faculty and Radboud University, and one round of flash presentations, in which colleagues will share their experiences. After the flash presentations, you are invited to continue the conversation over drinks and snacks.
