Fastclass - Cleaning up your mailbox (in Dutch)

Wednesday 20 August 2025, 12:30 pm - 12:45 pm

Advantages of cleaning up your mailbox

In this fastclass, you will learn more quick ways to clean up your mailbox and keep it organised. Cleaning up your mailbox regularly has a number of advantages. You can find messages faster, you use less data storage (which is better for the environment and your wallet) and you avoid working with old documents or information. What's more, you can't keep everything indefinitely (legal retention periods).
There are tricks for tidying up quickly so you don't have to delete each email individually. You'll also get tips on where best to store your work-related information. After all, your mailbox is not an archive.
