In a small group, we reflect on:
- loss, grief and studying, how does that go together?
- sharing grief with your immediate environment, is that possible?
- ways of coping, which one suits you best?
- your unique loss coping process, where nothing is strange.
All RU and HAN students are welcome. The group meets 5 times and is guided by Jolinde Lucas (studentchaplain).
Students feedback that they enjoy sharing their experiences with fellow students who have gone through something similar. The group is low-threshold and appeals to students who want to consciously reflect on their loss experience.
