GSH Writing Retreat

Join the next annual GSH Writing Retreat for 25-27 January 2027. The GSH Writing Retreat is aimed at senior PhD candidates who are in the final  phase of writing their manuscript and would benefit from three days of writing, writing, and writing. The writing days will be structured according to your wishes, with predetermined slots for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to writing, you can take the opportunity to go for a walk in the nearby woods. There is room for ten PhD candidates, who will each get their own private hotel room. Senior PhD candidates in the final months of their PhD track have priority over more junior PhD candidates, unless there’s insufficient interest. We give senior PhD candidates until 1 November to register for the retreat, before we open up registrations for junior PhD candidates.
