This workshop invites you to pause when everything tells you to push through. When stress levels rise or life gets busy, skipping breaks can feel logical, but it often works against your wellbeing and performance.
During the workshop you will discover why taking breaks is essential, especially during stressful periods, and explore simple, practical ways to recharge during your day. The workshop itself is designed to feel like a break: calm, low-pressure, and immediately usable.
Radboud Wellbeing Weeks
This activity is part of the Radboud Wellbeing Weeks. This year's theme is 'Pause, Play, Perform'. From 2 February until 13 February 2026 you can explore this theme in an accessible and creative way during lectures, workshops and other activities.
