During this workshop, themes such as depression and burn-out will be discussed. What is the difference between the two? If you don't feel well, how do you help yourself? And how can you help your fellow student? After this workshop you will know how to help yourself and your fellow students in a safe and comfortable way!

This workshop is hosted by Maskerclass. Maskclass aims to break the taboo on mental health. The goal: familiarise yourself with mental health together.
