How war impacts research: Ukrainian female scholars studying migration

During this seminar, female academics from Ukraine working on migration will be reflecting on the impact the war is having on their work. Speakers are Olga Burlyuk (Assistant Professor of Europe’s external relations at the Department of Political Science (PETGOV research programme) and an affiliate of the Amsterdam Center for European Studies (ACES), the Amsterdam Research Centre for Migration (ARC-M) and the Amsterdam Centre for Conflict Studies (ACCS)), Maryna Shevtsova (Senior post-doctoral FWO Fellow at KU Leuven) and Maria Shaidrova  (Opora foundation).  The seminar will be moderated by Mieke Verloo (Professor of Comparative Politics and Inequality Issues, Radboud University).
