Are you considering applying for a research grant but unsure what to expect from the review process? Then this panel discussion is for you. The event aims to open the “black box” of the grant review process for prospective applicants. Bringing together NSM colleagues with experience as grant reviewers for NWO, it will provide insights into the lived experiences of reviewers across different NWO funding instruments and beyond, highlight key dos and don’ts, and offer the opportunity to ask questions that are not easily answered through calls or grant institution websites. In addition, the session seeks to foster connections between applicants and reviewers within NSM and to build a sense of community around grant applications within NSM.
The panel will feature: Mieke Verloo (Political Science), Kristina Lauche (Business Administration), and Kevin Raaphorst (Geography, Planning and Environment). The panel will be moderated by Milena Marchesi (IMR Research Services).
