Introduction to mindfulness

Mindfulness is a hot topic and a promising way to deal with stress. During this session you will get a short introduction to mindfulness. You will learn a number of exercises that we will discuss together. This workshop is meant for everyone who has never done anything with mindfulness before and is curious to try it. Of course, everyone with experience is also welcome to join.  

The session is hosted by Johan Karremans. Johan Karremans is a psychology professor whose research focuses on interpersonal relationships, including the role of mindfulness in close relationships. Additionally, he is a mindfulness trainer and teaches at the RadboudUMC Center for Mindfulness.
