On 23 October, the EduHub Letteren knowledge network will be launched alongside the new journal Humanities & Education.

Programme

14:00: Opening remarks by Prof Harm Kaal, vice dean of Education, Faculty of Arts

14:10: An introduction to Humanities & Education, by Dr Jeroen Dera

14:30: Sustainability in modern foreign language education, by Dr Eva Knopp et al.

14:50: Asking for the essence of education with and against Arendt, by Dr Julien Kloeg

15:10: Panel conversation on humanities and education, led by Prof Edwin van Meerkerk

15:45: Closing remarks + reception (including drinks and bites)
