The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Office Student team of Radboud University invites members of the Nijmegen community to think about one act or idea of exclusion that they wished did not exist. They are then invited to say it or write it on a sticky note and burst the bubble of exclusion. It is a symbolic act to burst exclusion out of existence.
The DEI team invites residents of Nijmegen to join the DEI team of Radboud University in the work that we do daily - trying to break barriers and bubbles of oppression by raising awareness. By asking someone to stop for a minute and think along about one bad thing in the world that we need to address, minimize or remove, we engage in reflection and allyship.
