All Master's programmes organise a Kick-off for their students. This orientation takes place during the first weeks of the academic year. More information about the Kick-off will become available on this webpage. All students are still required to register for their Master's specialisation via Studielink.
Please note: the information for each programme will be announced in the weeks before September, so make sure you check the website for updates regularly.

The Kick off meeting of our Master's programme of ESS consists of a bike excursion and dinner at pancake restaurant ‘t Hoogstraatje , Hoogstraat 3, centre Nijmegen.

The coordinator of the Master Kick-off Environment and Society Studies is Sietske Veenman sietske.veenman [at] ru.nl (sietske[dot]veenman[at]ru[dot]nl). The kick-off programme is obligatory.
14:30 - 18.00h. Bike excursion
Starting point: Square in front of Nijmegen Central Railway Station.
18.00h. Pancakes and drinks at Restaurant ’t Hoogstraatje, Hoogstraat 3 Nijmegen.
Please bring your own bike, you can hire an OV-fiets at the central station; please make an account (you need a Dutch bank account); otherwise, lend a bike from a colleague student!
