General introduction to the Faculty of Medical Sciences

For student who are new to the Faculty (faculty-wide)
09.30 – 12.00

In this general introduction, you will learn more about our campus, facilities and associations. There will be information about the study associations at our faculty, a short guide through the various IT programmes needed for your study, a faculty tour and information about Honours Programmes.

Lecture Intercultural Awareness

All students (faculty-wide)
12.00 – 13.00

What’s it like to study in a classroom with students from various cultural backgrounds? In this session, organised by the International’s Office, you will gain insight in various cultural conventions and how you can unite these in the classroom. Interesting for both international & Dutch students!

Lunch break

All students (faculty-wide)
13.00 – 14.00

Lunch is included in this lunch break.

Programme specific information

Students will be divided per study-programme
14.00 – 17.00

During this afternoon, you will get more information about your study programme, student support and student experiences. You will also get to ask all of your questions. You will end the day with a social activity.

*Please note that pre-master students Medicine do not have an afternoon programme
