    Former participant Bente speaks out

The program has been very educational on many levels, about myself, about everything. It also took away some of the uncertainty about my next step. I didn't really know where to start, and the guidance I received was great. I now know better what possibilities there are.”

During this project, you will have the opportunity to shape your own route. Together with the coaches, you will discuss the options and make a plan so that the project fits your goal(s). The programme starts in September 2024 and lasts 4 to 5 months and is about once a week. The programme will be decided together with you.

    • Among other things, you will attend workshops on your choice styles, drives, motivation, ambition, as well as on asking good/critical questions.

    • You meet people outside your own network. Matching your personal goals, we will look for people who can help you find your appropriate next (study) step. This can be for example staff from secondary special education (vso) or (other) students from Radboud University. This depends on your personal development process.

    • We will work on it together. The coaches help and guide you during your personal process.
