During the mindfulness training you learn to direct your attention so that you become aware of your (automatic) thoughts, feelings and physical reactions.

    What will you learn?

    In this programme, you will learn to direct your attention and focus on information sources inside and outside yourself. This will help you become aware of your automatic thought patterns, feelings, and physical responses. You will also learn more about the situations that trigger these responses. And you will learn to accept them without judging yourself. This will create inner calm, and make it easier to make conscious choices and change existing patterns.

    How do you register?

    To take part in the programme, you first need to plan an intake with a student psychologist. To do so, please complete the online intake form. The student psychologist will contact you once you have completed the form.
