How often do you really take time to do nothing? Not scrolling on your phone, not filling in what feels empty, but just being with what is. During this mini-retreat, guided by body-oriented psychotherapist Karen Put, we invite you to pause the train of your thoughts and activities for a moment.
There is space for everything you feel, just as it is right now. We explore together what it is like to be in silence and check in with yourself.
How do you actually do that? Using body work, meditation and silence, you come into a field of presence. Nothing needs to change here - just being there is enough.
