Move your mindset

During this workshop, sports and movement are used as a means to achieve a more positive mindset. Various physical exercises provide insight into your motivation, energy distribution, thoughts and goals. These new insights are then used to strengthen your mental health and wellbeing. Together, we will search for a mindset that helps you realise your goals related to your studies, work or sports.

This workshop is hosted by Iris and Sylvain, both teachers at the Radboud Sports Centre.
