Come visit our telescopes during the Open Stargazing Evening! Guided by volunteers from the *Astronomische Kring Nijmegen* (Nijmegen Astronomy Circle), you will take a tour that explains exactly what astronomers study, how the telescopes work, and what you can see from your own backyard. Astronomers from Radboud University will give talks about their research, and there will be time for questions about recent astronomy news.
"Open View of the Universe" Exhibition
In October and November, the Department of Astronomy is presenting the special exhibition "Open View of the Universe." This publicly accessible exhibition treats visitors to models of the various types of telescopes used by Nijmegen astronomers for their research. The exhibition serves as a wonderful complement to the telescope tours.
