What will you learn?
In this programme, you will learn how perfectionism shows up in your life, and how you can retain its healthy elements, while taking a different approach to its more toxic, demanding aspects. In this programme, we will take a therapeutic approach, with little theory and a lot of space for personal stories. In the sessions themselves, we will devote ample attention to understanding what drives you, making contact with your body, and trying out new behaviours.
How do you register?
To take part in the programme, you first need to plan an intake with a student psychologist. To do so, please complete the online intake form. The student psychologist will contact you once you have completed the form.
