During this online workshop you will work with 'positive self-talk': a frequently used technique in sports and performance psychology. With practical exercises, you will get to know your own thought patterns and discover their influence on your emotions. You will get tools that help you think more positively. After this workshop, you will be able to have more control over your thoughts.

Mental Sports Coaching by Fontys is a coaching agency based in the Radboud Sports Centre. This workshop is hosted by coach Tim Rademakers.
