About the session

During the session, Laura Tenniglo and Josefien van Reeuwijk will take you through working life at Procap. We talk about Procap as a company and about the various projects we work on from Procap. For example, managing the Rijnhaven area development in Rotterdam, making Schiermonnikoog natural gas-free, advising on an alternative for the widening of the A27 near Amelisweerd, realizing flex housing for people seeking temporary accommodation and making Groningen climate-proof.

Then we zoom in on our own projects. We share with you what we learned as project managers for the realization of social real estate, and how we dealt with participation and resistance of residents during the redevelopment of a neighborhood in Amsterdam. And what is involved when you want to redevelop the station area of Amersfoort or make homes more sustainable? In short: what skills, insights and competencies can help you make a flying start as a professional?
